I am 32 years old and I am looking for a nice, cozy and clean room to move into. I am an easy going and friendly man who likes to keep things neat and clean. I am no stranger to sharing a house and I am more than willing to do my part to make the apartment comfortable for all residents. I am originally from Ecuador but am half Spanish and moved to Munich a few years ago. Since life keeps throwing obstacles in my way, I am looking for a new apartment in this great city.
